$12+Tips - $13+Tips per hour

Position: Cashier, Crew Member

Location: Williamsburg, Virginia

Average working hours: 32 hours per week

Pay rate information: $12/hour plus tips for first two weeks which includes training then after two weeks rate is $13/hour plus tips. Tips are usually $1.00-$1.50/hour and even in peak summer it goes up to $2.00/hour. Also there will be $100 bonus if students work without any call outs and work evening shifts/weekends.
